VIP FLEXI meet & greet parking is our classic, standard service option, where customers have clear estimated timescales for the parking service. VIP 'FLEXI' Heathrow valet parking offers great value for money and is ideal for holidaymakers. Book with peace of mind that your car will be in safe hands, parked securely in our first-class premises in prime location.

Heathrow is one of the World's biggest airports and is bursting at the seams. Chaos often strikes with hoards of fellow passengers, delays, cancellations and that is not to mention travel problems en-route to the airport etc. Unlike our ECONOMY option, VIP FLEXI meet and greet Heathrow offers more flexibility should your pre-booked meet time need to vary. You can generally expect that VIP will meet you 30 minutes after your call on date of departure*. On the date of your return to Heathrow, providing you follow the simple instructions, even if your flight lands early or late you can still generally expect your vehicle returned to you in the airport short stay car park 25 minutes after landing (if no luggage), or 45 minutes after landing if you have bags to reclaim*.

Why VIP FLEXI?

- Time change requests will be accommodated within stipulated estimated timeframes*. (If you require minimal waiting / maximum priority please book our VIP GOLD option).

- No potential queue situation as per VIP ECONOMY (e.g. if your return flight lands earlier/ later than scheduled).

- Free booking admin changes* (e.g if requested well in advance of departure date)

- Refund less a £25 admin fee providing no less than 48 hours prior to date of departure. If less than 48 hours prior to date of Departure, no refund will be possible.

- Free Gift after every 3rd FLEXI/GOLD booking!***

Please note: Terminal short-stay car-park access fees - from 01-01-23 the short-stay car-park fee will no longer be included in the standard FLEXI price. However, our new 'FLEXI PLUS' service includes the short-stay car-park fees on the date of departure and return (within standard time parameters).

* Click here for full information on extra charges not included as standard with VIP FLEXI. VIP is based Off-Airport so please allow some tolerance for us to reach you with traffic etc. Please allow plenty of time ahead of scheduled flight time on date of departure, usually +3 hours.
