We find that most of our business customers opt for our highly convenient Meet and Greet Parking Service, where you meet our driver outside the specified terminal and your car is taken directly to our secure car park for the duration of your stay. This enables customers to proceed directly to check-in with minimum transfer time to the airport. Once you have notified us that you have disembarked the plane upon return, the car is then brought directly to you outside the terminal (Please note that meeting points vary by Terminal dependant on Heathrow Airport Rules).
Many of our business customers opt for our VIP FLEXI service which unlike our other service options is non-appointment based (i.e. giving you maximum flexibility on your days of travel whatever time you arrive at the airport). Our other services do deliver much the same response times as VIP FLEXI 7-8 times out of 10, but if you want a guarantee that you will be met 10 times out of 10 whatever time you arrive, VIP FLEXI is the option you need to book if you want to be met within a clear stipulated timeframe nevermind if your flight lands early or late.
