Although we are based at Heathrow Airport, we offer a special, bespoke service for customers who have flights to and from these two different airports. For example, perhaps you are flying out of Heathrow but back into Gatwick or vice versa. Many such customers find it inconvenient to drive to the airport and park, then use public transport to make their way back to the original departure airport. VIP makes it simple with our airport combo meet and greet solution. Simply click on the 'CHOOSE AIRPORT(S)' drop down on our homepage ('Search Our Airport Parking' zone) and choose 'Heathrow & Gatwick' to get a quote.

Remember, it is even more important to advise us as early as possible if your travel plans change given that we are based at Heathrow, not Gatwick and your vehicle will be parked in our Heathrow compound. Changes must be notified to the Company no less than 72 hours prior to the time of the Customer's scheduled return landing time (given that we are based at Heathrow). Please see our extra charges page. In the event we are unable to accomodate the change the Customer may be required to make their own arrangements back to Heathrow to collect their vehicle.

Please note these services are appointment based unless you choose the FLEXI upgrade in the 'Extras' section when booking. If you choose not to upgrade to 'FLEXI' you may have a short wait if you are early or late on the dates of travel. We generally estimate a car return time of 45 minutes after the landing call, as per the Booking Confirmation time automatically generated*

Option 1: Outbound from Heathrow, Return to Gatwick

If you are travelling out from Heathrow but returning to Gatwick, then we would meet you as normal at your terminal upon Departure from Heathrow. Upon your return we would meet you at Gatwick North or South Terminal. Then once your luggage has been loaded into your vehicle you would give our Chauffeur a lift back to our Heathrow premises and then get on your way. If you would rather not give our Chauffeur a lift back from Gatwick, there is an option for that in the booking process at an extra cost of £55 (unless requested after Departure when cost would be £65).

Option 2: Outbound from Gatwick, Return to Heathrow

If you are travelling out from Gatwick but returning to Heathrow, then upon Departure you would meet our Chauffeur at our Heathrow premises and drive them to Gatwick with you. Once arriving at Gatwick North or South Terminal and when your luggage is unloaded, our Chauffeur would then drive your vehicle back to our compound at Heathrow. Upon your return the normal procedure would be carried out at Heathrow. If you would not wish to give our Chauffeur a lift to Gatwick on your outbound journey, there is an option for that in the booking process at an extra cost of £55 (unless 48 hours or less before date of travel when cost would be £65).

All details/instructions are sent via email once you have completed your booking online. We work in partnership with another quality parking provider at Gatwick to carry out these dual airport bookings.
