"We have been using VIP Heathrow Meet and Greet for a number of years and have always had good service from them. Our most recent experience was September 2023 Our outward flight car drop off at Terminal 5 was quick and easy. On our return12 days later the car was brought to us on Level 4, Row S Terminal 5 within a few minutes of making our way there from baggage collection. Overall an excellent service as always."

Easy to book and the instructions that were emailed out to me were very clear and concise.The whole process was seamless and the collection and drop off staff were very polite. Upon arrival back at Heathrow, I contacted the company as requested and once I got through the baggage collection I made my way to the pick up point where I only waited 10 mins for my car to be dropped off.
