Our service options enable you to choose which best suits your budget and the level of service responsiveness needed. If you are travelling on business, we recommend VIP FLEXI or VIP GOLD. If you require maximum service responsiveness and want minimal waiting, VIP GOLD, our highest priority service is the option for you. We do not recommend VIP ECONOMY for customers travelling on business, especially if travelling during peak holiday periods (given that VIP ECONOMY is 'Non-Flexible' - on the day requests to change the pre-booked meet times are not guaranteed, so may involve a wait.)

Remember, VIP is unique by offering a range of service options so customers' can tailor accordingly. Please bear in mind that VIP is based Off-airport, which means that like you, we are also at the mercy of the surrounding frenetic Airport infrastructure. Most of the time we can access the Airport with no issue, but please factor this in when choosing your meet VIP time on date of Departure (especially if you choose VIP ECONOMY meet & greet parking).
