It's easy! There is no time limit, so if you place x3 Heathrow FLEXI or GOLD meet & greet parking or FLEXI chauffeur airport parking bookings in a month or over 2 years, you can claim your gift after the 3rd booking* (as long as you’ve returned from that last trip!).*Terms & Conditions below.
Important Changes From 2018:
From 1st January 2018, VIP will no longer accept any CLUB VIP gift claim based on only ECONOMY bookings. However, until 1st June 2018 we will accept CLUB VIP claims which contain no more than x1 ECONOMY reference number but the other two Refs must be FLEXI/GOLD. After 1st June 2018 VIP ECONOMY booking refs will not be valid for CLUB VIP gift claims. ECONOMY customers may continue to use the returning 5% discount code however.

Terms and Conditions for Loyalty Scheme
To qualify for a free gift, all 3 bookings must be in the name of one individual. The gift will be sent to the person who VIP believes is in charge of the bookings and the gift must be distributed at their discretion. VIP cannot accept responsibility for how the gift is distributed.
Cancelled bookings do not qualify towards the 3 bookings required to claim free gift. To claim, the customer must have returned to the UK and received their vehicle after their 3rd booking. VIP reserves the right to request an alternative gift if choice is unavailable. No cash / cheque alternative is available. Only one free gift can be chosen by customer after 3 bookings. Claims per customer are limited to 10 sets of 3 valid Refs in any 12 month period but further outstanding claims/Refs may be carried over.
7-14 days must be allowed for free gift claim to be processed and to for gift to reach customer if claiming off-peak, especially if selecting physical gift which requires postage. Claims may take up to 30 days to be fulfilled if claiming during a peak travel period. VIP allows one postage attempt per gift claim to address held on record from previous bookings unless customer advises otherwise at time of making their claim. If customer fails to collect gift which has been posted and gift is returned to sender (VIP) customer can request a 2nd postage at their own cost or an alternative gift with no postage costs.
No time limit applies to customers selecting 15% discount code as their free gift, but code cannot be redeemed with any other offer or be used by anyone other than the claimant and can only be used once. Special limited availability gifts such as the Xmas hamper are restricted to x1 per customer/ household. The hamper contents may vary also. Gift choices available on the CLUB VIP webpage can be changed by VIP at any time without notice.
Selected gifts may be limited availability and if unavailable at the time of a customer’s claim, VIP will notify the customer of this and recommend an alternative.
Claimants may be invited to participate for publicity purposes regarding their free gift.
VIP reserves the right to withdraw/alter the loyalty scheme at any given point but in such circumstances VIP will communicate this to their customers in writing via email and VIP will honour customers who have made 3 qualifying bookings up until that date and provided those customers have claimed the gift in writing up to 30 days after scheme is communicated to be withdrawn by VIP. Communications will be sent to the VIP customer email list so customers who have un-subscribed will need to regulary check this webpage instead.
